Selling your home with a local independent agent.

Heritage Property Hub is a network of independent agents. When you sell, you deal directly with your agent, who is responsible for your valuation, marketing, viewings and negotiation. Here is what you can usually expect to talk through with them.

Request a valuation

How selling usually works

Five steps, so you know where you are at every stage. Your agent will confirm exactly how they work.

  1. Valuation

Your agent visits, looks at your home and explains their valuation, with the local sales behind it.

  2. Marketing

You agree how your home will be marketed, such as photography, floorplans and online listings.

  3. Viewings

Your agent arranges viewings and tells you what buyers say.

  4. Offer and sale agreed

Your agent passes on offers and negotiates on your behalf.

  5. Completion

Your agent keeps in touch while solicitors finish the legal work.

Our principles, and what to ask your agent

Four principles run through our network. Your agent provides your service, so here is how to hold them to each one.

Transparency

Your agent sets their own fees and terms. Ask for them in writing before you agree to anything.

Honesty

Ask your agent to show you the sales behind their valuation, and what they think could go wrong.

Clarity

Agree with your agent how and how often you would like updates, and ask them to explain anything unclear.

Want to know what your home is worth?

Send us your details and your request will go to an independent agent who covers your area. The agent will explain their valuation and their fees. Heritage Property Hub does not carry out valuations itself.

Thank you. Your request will be passed to a local agent, who will contact you directly.
