How Heritage is structured
So you always know who is responsible for what.
Heritage Property Hub
The network. We set shared principles, provide the brand and support our agents. We do not provide estate agency services directly.
Independent agents
Self-employed business owners who run their own service, set their own fees and are responsible for their own clients.
Agent micro-websites
Each agent has their own site to introduce themselves and market their properties.
You
You deal directly with your agent for valuations, marketing, viewings and your sale or purchase.
What we stand for
Four principles shared across our network.
Transparency
Agents in our network are expected to explain their fees clearly and keep clients informed. Your agent will confirm their own fees and terms.
Honesty
We encourage honest advice on what a home is worth and what is likely to happen next, even when it is not what you hoped to hear.
Clarity
Plain English and no jargon. If something is not clear, ask your agent to explain it until it is.
Giving back
Heritage Property Hub shares part of its own profits with charities that care for stray animals, and we publish the proof. See where it goes
